Mobile Legends “Sea of Realms” Event Unfair Drops

I participated in the “Sea of Realms” event in Mobile Legends Bang Bang on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. A total of 800 fragments were required to get the skin I wanted, and I currently have 780 fragments. Throughout the event, I completed 52 draws, and during the last 8–9 draws, I didn’t receive a single fragment. I ended up spending about 500 extra diamonds during this process. Even though I used my diamonds, I didn’t receive the reward I expected, and this has been extremely frustrating.

The event description states that the fragment drop rate is 23%. However, while my friend received 1,450 fragments in 65 draws, I ended up with only 780 fragments in 52 draws, and I received none in the last several draws. I believe this is highly unfair. I couldn’t reach in-game support, and when I contacted them on Instagram, I was told they couldn’t help.

I want compensation for the diamonds I spent or for the system to be fixed. If this continues, I’m considering quitting the game. Please help resolve this issue and compensate me for what I’ve lost.
