8 Ball Pool Coins Disappeared and Support Refused to Investigate

I play 8 Ball Pool on Android from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and I am facing a serious problem with the safety and fairness of the game. My player ID is 1913724809. Last year, I discovered that my balance, which was around one billion and an additional 200–300 million coins, suddenly dropped, and when I logged into the game, I saw that only about 200 million coins were left. The remaining billion simply disappeared from my account without any explanation. In addition to this, in recent times, I have very often encountered players who are clearly using hacked or modified versions of 8 Ball Pool. These players win all points in the game in a fraudulent way; they never lose, and they create an unfair and suspicious environment. One of the last cheaters I met in the game had the nickname “Soufiano4” and was shown as being from Pakistan. Because of such players, honest users like me lose coins and interest in the game. I contacted your support service about the disappearance of the billion coins and about the cheaters, but I received a refusal and was told that such a situation was impossible. I am sure of the balance I had and of what I see in the matches, so I do not agree with this response, and I am asking for a proper investigation. I request that you carefully check my account and transaction history, return the lost billion coins, and provide all possible compensation for this loss. I also ask you to take measures against the players who use hacked versions and fraudulently win every match, including blocking such accounts and strengthening your anti-cheat system so that honest users can play in fair conditions.
