8 Ball Pool Support Ignored My Complaints About Unfair Losses and Missing Chips

In the 8 Ball Pool game I play on my Android device, I’ve noticed that I keep losing matches unfairly, especially during the evening hours and in high-stakes games. The gameplay appears normal, but the results seem manipulated or unfair. I’ve reported this issue multiple times through the in-app support system, but I’ve never received a response or had any of my lost chips refunded.
My account name is Duran. Between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, I consistently lose against different opponents under suspicious circumstances and have lost a total of about 35 million chips. In addition, I’ve also spent money on the game, so this issue has caused me financial loss as well.
I request that my lost chips be refunded and that the accounts involved in unfair gameplay be investigated immediately.
