Mindguru locked my account after signup, how can I restore access?

If Mindguru locked your account after signup and you want to restore access;

Check the lock notice first;

• Try logging in → Note any message shown
• Look for:
– “Account locked”
– “Verification required”
– Error codes
• Screenshot the message

Verify your email/phone;

• If prompted, complete:
– Email confirmation link
– SMS/OTP code
• Make sure you use the same email/phone from signup

Reset your password;

• On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email
• Follow the reset link from email

Check for required verification;

• Log in to the app/website
• Look for prompts to verify:

– Email
– Phone number

Clear app cache (Android);
