I Report MidasBuy UC Not Delivered After Payment, Causing Delays

I experienced a critical issue with MidasBuy: after making a payment, the UC (Unknown Cash) I purchased was not transferred to my account. My money was successfully debited, but the UC still hasn't arrived. I desperately need a solution for this. I was planning to open an RP (Royale Pass), but I can't do so without the UC.

It has been several hours since my purchase, and the UC has still not been loaded into my account. This delay is completely unacceptable. The prolonged waiting has caused me significant frustration and emotional distress, as I am unable to proceed with my in-game plans. I demand either an immediate refund for the purchase or the prompt delivery of the purchased UC to my account. This situation should not occur with a reputable service.
