Unauthorized Microsoft Store Charges, Refund Requested
My partner's credit card was charged by the Microsoft Store without any prior notice. This unapproved transaction happened on three separate occasions, with only one successful payment of $20.17. We're completely clueless about the reason behind this charge since no purchases were made from the Microsoft Store.
I find this situation quite worrisome, as it entails the unauthorized usage of a credit card. We kindly ask for a refund of the US$20.17 charge and a comprehensive investigation into the origin of these transactions.
