Microsoft PowerPoint Subscription Charged Without Consent – Requesting Refund

November 28, 2024 1:10 AM4

I recently noticed that Microsoft PowerPoint charged my card for a subscription I did not intend to renew or use this month. My card is saved in the system, and the payment was automatically deducted without my authorization. I do not wish to use the service, and I am requesting an immediate refund for the amount charged.

I have attached proof of the payment deduction for your review. It is disappointing to experience such an issue when I did not approve this transaction. I expect Microsoft to resolve this matter promptly and refund the amount to my card as soon as possible.

Please address this issue urgently, as I do not want this situation to happen again in the future.
