I Can’t Access My Microsoft Outlook Account Because Security Codes Won’t Send

I have been unable to access my Microsoft/Outlook account for about two and a half weeks. When I try to reset my password, I request a security code to be sent to my phone, but the system fails to send the code every time, which prevents me from logging in. I experienced a similar issue in the past and had to struggle for a long time to resolve it back then as well.
This Outlook account contains personal and private conversations, records, and almost everything I use in my daily life. Since I actively rely on this account and store important information there, this access issue is causing me serious hardship. In addition, when I try to access Microsoft/Outlook support pages, the pages return errors, so I can’t even reach support directly.
What I expect from Microsoft is that the security code delivery to my phone number be fixed immediately, or that the necessary checks be performed to verify my account and restore access. I want to regain secure access to my account and have this issue resolved permanently.
