MetaMask Says I Have No Account After 1 Year of Inactivity

I had not used my MetaMask wallet for approximately one year. Today, when I tried to access the MetaMask app installed on my iPhone again, I received a message stating that I do not have an account, and I am unable to access my wallet. I have not tried accessing the wallet from another device or made any changes or transactions.

I have my MetaMask account username and password, but despite having this information, I still cannot access my wallet. My wallet contained BRN tokens, and I am currently unable to access those assets as well. My sister is experiencing the same issue with her own MetaMask account.

I request that my MetaMask account be restored and that access to my wallet, including my BRN tokens, be urgently provided. I also request a clear explanation regarding why this issue occurred and what steps will be taken to resolve it.
