Lost 26 BNB from My Wallet — No Help from Binance or Wallet Support

When I checked my M** wallet in 2021, I discovered that my balance of 26 BNB was completely gone.
When I logged in again in June 2025, I saw that my funds were still missing. I have always implemented security measures such as strong passwords and external drive backups, yet this loss still occurred.
After the incident, I contacted both Binance and M** customer service. However, my communications with the M** support team produced no results. Binance, on the other hand, redirected responsibility to M**. I was unable to receive any satisfactory resolution from either platform.
I have complete records of my wallet address and transaction history and can provide them if necessary.
