Meta Verified Subscription Complaint Over Missing Services

Although I applied for the standard Meta Verified subscription through Instagram, I have not received the services Meta promised, and I have been unable to connect with live support for approximately one week. During the subscription process that was supposed to begin after my Meta trial membership, I have experienced issues with the verification badge and the services that should be included with the subscription. My support request regarding the identity verification issue has also not been resolved.

My support request regarding the Meta Verified identity verification issue, submitted on September 24, 2026, under case number 2514321942422080, is still unresolved. Despite being directed to the live support channel multiple times, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative for a week. I only receive automated responses from Meta AI, and no concrete action has been taken regarding the problems with my subscription.

I request that Meta immediately provide all of the services promised under the Meta Verified subscription, give me access to a real customer service representative through live support, and complete my identity verification process. I have already initiated formal complaint procedures within the scope of my consumer rights, and I expect a clear written response regarding this complaint.
