Metapay Approves Refund but Fails to Return Money to My Bank Account
On July 21, I accidentally requested a refund of approximately $52 USD to Okey Ekstra through Metapay. Even though the refund was approved, the money still has not been returned to my bank account.
No one is helping me in any way. Below, I have the receipt and the message stating that the refund was approved. I honestly do not understand how these people handle problem resolution, because despite clear proof, the issue has still not been resolved.
