Persistent Sunroof Issue with My Mercedes-Benz B160
I previously reported a chronic sunroof issue with my B160 model on this platform. Despite following these instructions, there has been no resolution to date. Both Mercedes-Benz Germany and local support have failed to provide a satisfactory solution. This ongoing issue remains unresolved.

My complaint has not been resolved. Mercedes pretends to respond but does not solve the problem. I will publish this issue on every platform. First, they say come to the service, we will replace this part for free, but then we get no results. They say let's discuss this via email instead of this platform, but they don't respond there either. They use the complaint platform as an institution that responds to and solves every problem.
