New Capitec Card Declined, I Request Account Verification and Access

I am a Capitec Bank customer and I am currently unable to withdraw my own money with my new ATM card, even though there ...are funds in my account. I received and tried to use my new card on the 18th of this month. When I insert the card at the ATM and try to withdraw cash, the transaction is declined
