am a user of the Umingle app and I was banned today while using the live video chat feature between about 5:00 and 9:00 in the morning. During a normal conversation I made a half‑heart hand gesture (upside down) to a girl as a friendly sign, and she responded positively. The system seems to have detected this as an inappropriate gesture and banned me, even though I had no bad intention. This is my first ban on Umingle. I respect your rules and I am sorry that this situation was misunderstood. I kindly ask you to review my account and completely remove the ban, as I believe this was only a misunderstanding of my hand gesture. On 2 April
