Agoda YCS Extranet Login Failed - Guest Contact Blocked!
I cannot log into the YCS extranet. I have an email and a password, but I cannot log in. I would like to send a message ...to the guest with booking ID NB-112766960 to request their time of check-in on 29 November. There is no email address on the booking. How do I contact this guest?
