In June, I purchased a Huawei smartwatch from the MediaMarkt store at Ankamall in Ankara to take to Cyprus. At the time ...of purchase, I was provided with a Tax Free form and was clearly told that I would receive a tax refund of $44 after having the form validated by customs when leaving the country.
