I Cannot Access My ShareChat Account Because It Suddenly Shows “User Banned”

My ShareChat account appears to have been hacked. I was suddenly logged out of my original account in front of me. When I try to log in again using my own mobile number and the OTP received on my phone, a new account is being created/shown instead of my original account. I have access to my mobile number and receive all OTPs myself. Please check my account and help me recover my original ShareChat ID. I did not intentionally log out or create this new account. Please investigate this issue and restore my original account as soon as possible.
