"VKN Group Bag Inc. (formerly known as Burak Group Bag Inc.) disrupted our buying and selling operations of Benetton and Cambridge Polo Club brand school bags, lunch bags, pencil cases, and water bottles, and unfortunately, we are currently in a legal dispute with them. They did not adhere to the agreements and sales contracts, leaving us with unsold products. Despite sharing the relevant images directly with the company, they sold the products on all e-commerce sites at almost half the price they provided to us, disregarding commercial ethics and rules, severely damaging and tarnishing our commercial reputation. Additionally, although we have receivables of approximately 235,000 TL from the years 2022-2023 from their company, they took us to the enforcement court. For about 2 months, they placed liens on all our sales channels, causing us both financial and moral damage. We look forward to your support and extend our respects.
