Duolingo Charged Me $25 Without the Promised Free Trial Reminder
I started a one-week free trial on the Duolingo app to try the service. The app stated that I would receive information ...and a reminder about the subscription three days before the trial ended. Relying on this, I started a trial of the annual Super Plan, but I never received any warning or reminder.
