I have been using a Megapari account since around December, accessing the app while travelling between Norway and Lithuania. Recently, all my active bets were voided and shortly afterward my account was closed by the Megapari security department. Before closing my account, I was only allowed to withdraw my initial deposit, while my winnings and remaining balance of approximately 11,500 USDT were not paid out. During this process, the security department contacted me and asked about my supposed relationship with several other people, providing me with their full names and surnames, even though I do not know these individuals at all. By doing this, they also exposed my own name and surname in connection with these people, which I consider a serious violation of my privacy and the protection of my personal data. I believe my bets were unfairly voided, my account was unjustly closed, and my personal data was mishandled. I request that Megapari reopen my gaming acc, fully pay out my unpaid winnings and the remaining balance. I also demand that Megapari investigate and correct this privacy and data protection breach, stop sharing customers personal information with third parties. I have tried to resolve this directly with Megapari support and the security department, but they have now stopped responding to me. Their last message stated that any further discussion would be ignored. Since I could not get any solution through their support, I am submitting this formal complaint and request a prompt and fair resolution of my case.
