Seeking Refund for Unapproved Charges by Mega Miles

I recently discovered a shocking development on my bill—thanks to the Gamelords app, a whopping ₺308 charge for the Mega Miles Limited service, without a single confirmation from me. To add insult to injury, they've also sneakily slapped an extra ₺21.9 for their supposed mobile payment service. Despite reaching out to Vodafone customer service, they claim there's a confirmation message, but I haven't seen any. I demand the immediate closure of mobile payments, as I won't tolerate paying for services I never approved. I refuse to be taken advantage of, and I won't be signing up for mobile payment services again. If this issue persists, I'll escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities.
