Match Masters Refuses to Respond After Accidental Purchase

On October 20, around 3–4 AM, I accidentally purchased the Winnie, Jojo, and Cadabra cards in the Match Masters game using my credit card on my phone. The total amount of this transaction was $25, and it was made completely by mistake.
My in-game user ID is 68f64e247fd69FB 370247570.

Immediately after the purchase, I contacted customer support, but I have not received any response for two days. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am requesting that this accidental purchase be canceled or that a refund be issued. I have never experienced an issue like this before.

I kindly request a prompt response and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
