I Lost ₺2,400 on Matadorbet After Unauthorized Access Despite SMS Login Security

Matadorbet is the only betting site I’ve ever used—no other memberships, no other platforms. I’ve deposited frequently, often in large amounts, and always accessed the site using the most up-to-date link from their official Telegram group. I’m extremely cautious when it comes to login and security, and I’ve never used a phishing or third-party site. My account had SMS verification enabled as an extra layer of protection.

However, on July 21, 2025, while playing with a balance of ₺2,400, I was suddenly kicked out of the game. When I logged back in, my balance was gone—completely wiped. I checked my game history and was shocked to see that someone else had been playing using my account. I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told that “security is my own responsibility” and they wouldn't be doing anything to resolve the issue.

There’s absolutely no way anyone accessed my account without internal manipulation. I firmly believe this was an inside job, and the fact that nobody is held accountable raises serious red flags.
