Refund My Money In My Account

I recently discovered a deduction of ₹499 from my Paytm-linked account in favour of “Masteredu AI.” I did not knowingly authorize or approve this payment and I do not know why this amount was deducted or who initiated it. After noticing the deduction, I contacted Paytm customer support and informed them that this ₹499 transaction was unknown to me. They told me that I should contact Masteredu AI regarding the issue. Since I never intended to make this payment and did not receive any service knowingly, I consider this deduction unauthorized. I request that this ₹499 be refunded immediately to the same account from which it was deducted and that any similar future payments to Masteredu AI be blocked so that this does not happen again. I kindly ask you to review the attached payment proof and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
