Masteredu AI Charged ₹599 After an Unwanted Free Trial Activation

I am writing regarding a 599 rupees payment taken by Masteredu AI without my consent. I did not purchase any course or subscription. They are claiming that a ₹1 free trial was started from my side, but I never activated any such trial. The only thing that happened is that my 4‑year‑old son accidentally clicked something, and after that this 599 rupees payment was taken. According to the information provided by Masteredu AI, this so‑called free trial started on 11/09/2026, and on 18 September 2026 a payment of 599 rupees was processed from my account to Masteredu AI under the name Shahrukh Atikh S***. My email address linked to this transaction is 21.sha***@gmail.com. I also have the digital transaction receipt showing this successful 599 rupees payment. I contacted the relevant parties about this situation, but despite explaining that I did not knowingly start any trial or purchase, I have not received a fair solution. I have been told that this happened because of the free trial, but I never agreed to any paid plan. I request that Masteredu AI cancel any trial or subscription that may have been started on my account without my clear consent and refund the full amount of 599 rupees taken from me. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
