Massimo Dutti T-Shirt Shrunk After One Wash Despite Following Care Label

On August 3, 2025, I purchased a men’s t-shirt from Massimo Dutti’s official website. About a month later, I washed the product on a delicate cycle at 30°C. However, after the very first wash, the t-shirt shrank significantly and became completely unwearable. I strictly followed all the care instructions on the label.

My order number is 30127134875. After experiencing this issue, I contacted Massimo Dutti’s customer service, but my complaint was rejected, and no solution was offered.

Since the shrinkage occurred after the first wash despite proper care, this indicates a possible manufacturing defect. I request a full refund for the product I purchased.
