ManyChat Account Banned By Mistake

I am writing about the ban placed on my ManyChat account that I access with the email address oma***[email protected]. On 19 March my account was suddenly blocked inside the ManyChat platform with a message stating that it was banned due to a minor. The situation happened because a minor was filmed by mistake, and I believe this has been misunderstood by the system or the review team. Approximately two weeks ago I submitted a complaint and requested a review to remove the ban. Since then, I keep receiving repetitive and unhelpful replies every one or two days, without any clear explanation or real progress, and my account is still blocked. This situation is disrupting my use of the service and is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my ManyChat account be reviewed carefully and that the ban be completely removed as soon as possible, considering that the issue occurred by mistake. I also ask for a clear explanation of the final decision and for proper support instead of automated or repetitive responses.
