Manychat Account Banned After Accidental Child Appearance on Camera

I would like to explain the situation that led to the ban on my Manychat account and kindly ask you to review it and lift the ban. My Manychat account ID is 342557***. About four to five months ago, I was outside on the street and my little niece, who is a child, was with me. While I was using the camera, I accidentally turned it and her face appeared for a moment by mistake. Right after that, my Manychat account was banned. There was no intention to violate any rules or show a child’s face; it happened suddenly and unintentionally because I was outside and did not notice the camera angle in time. Since then I have not been able to use my Manychat account and I did not know how to contact customer service before. I am now reaching out to explain that this was an accidental situation and not deliberate misuse of the platform. I kindly request that you review my case, take into account that the child’s appearance was completely unintentional, and lift the ban on my account so that I can use Manychat again.
