My Umingle video chat account was banned today, June 14, 2026, at around 5:00 PM (Indonesia time) due to an alleged underage violation, but this is a mistake caused by the automated AI system. I am an adult over 18 years old and the account belongs only to me. While I was using the app at home, I was temporarily taking care of my toddler sibling, who suddenly stood up on my lap and briefly appeared in front of the camera out of excitement. This was a short, unintentional moment, and no minors use or own this account. Following this incident, my account was automatically banned, even though the child only appeared for a brief moment and I am clearly an adult user. I only have my banned ID visible on the website and no other reference was provided, but I kindly request that you review the relevant moment in the session logs or recordings so you can verify both my age and the accidental nature of this situation. I respectfully ask Umingle to manually re-evaluate this AI decision and restore access to my video chat account as soon as possible.
