MacFit Staff Pressured Me To Leave Before Closing Time

I have been a MacFit member for approximately 6 months, and for the last month I have been using the MacFit Kurtköy 360 branch. I am fully aware of the club's closing hours and always plan my workouts accordingly. On Monday, June 1, I was at the club between approximately 21:50 and 23:00. While I was still exercising that evening, three different staff members, including the manager, interrupted my workout. First, I was told there were 10 minutes left, then 5 minutes left, and finally the manager approached me and stated that the club was closed, essentially asking me to leave in a polite manner. All of this occurred while the official operating hours were still in effect.
Under normal circumstances, I have no objection to being informed that closing time is approaching. However, the persistent and pressuring attitude displayed that day was unprofessional and not fitting for a club of this standard. If the weekday closing time is 23:00, I assume that members have the right to work out without disturbance until 23:00. There was no violation of any rules on my part, and there is no acceptable justification for interrupting a member's workout three times simply so that staff can leave a few minutes earlier.
Following the incident, I submitted a complaint, but I did not receive any response. I believe MacFit, as a company, should not allow its members to be treated in this manner. Being subjected to such pressure while the club was still officially open was extremely uncomfortable. I request that the relevant employees and the manager on duty that evening be appropriately warned, and that greater care be taken to ensure that members are not disturbed before official operating hours have ended. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
