Lyft Wait & Save Unavailable, Priority Pickup Misses
That "Wait & Save" rides weren't available in my area, specifically chose Lyft over other options because of this feature. Not only was I unable to save money, but I also had to wait longer for a regular ride to become available, the app was supposed to provide faster pickups at a slightly higher price, is also hit or miss. There have been times when I've selected this option only to end up waiting just as long as if I hadn't, in short, their offerings are not as reliable or consistent as advertised. when trying to use their platform, especially when other ride-hailing services offer similar features that actually work as intended, they won’t stand a chance.
