Louis Vuitton Tax Refund Delayed Despite Global Blue Documents
I purchased two Louis Vuitton handbags, a brown Speedy and a Swarovski Capucines Mini, at the KaDeWe store in Berlin on 12 February. For this purchase, a tax free form was issued in the name of Kartik S*** in Berlin, and the process is being handled by Global Blue. I chose to receive approximately 1,100 euros tax refund back to my credit card. At the end of March I mailed the customs‑stamped tax free form, together with the digital invoices. Despite this, Global Blue is denying my refund and is now asking for the original invoice, even though they already received the stamped form and digital invoice copies. In addition, the Louis Vuitton team has not responded to my email regarding this matter. I kindly request support from Louis Vuitton to urgently contact and instruct Global Blue so that my tax free refund of approximately 1,100 euros can be processed to my credit card based on the customs‑stamped form and the documentation already provided. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I have followed all required steps and submitted the necessary documents.
