If you lost access to your Lords Mobile account after changing phones, follow these steps:

Check if your account was linked.
Your progress must be linked to an IGG ID and connected to Google (Android) or Facebook (Android/iOS) to restore it.

If linked to Google (Android):
Log into the same Google account on your new phone. Open the game → Settings → Account → Switch Account → choose Google. Your progress should load automatically.

If linked to Facebook:
Log into the same Facebook account on the new device. In the game, go to Settings → Account → Switch Account → select Facebook.

If it wasn’t linked:
If you used a guest account, progress may be lost. Contact IGG support and provide details like IGG ID, nickname, server, approximate creation date, and purchase receipts to prove ownership.
