I’ve been using Logitech equipment for my PC, and I’m completely dissatisfied with the performance. My setup includes the G102 mouse, G213 keyboard, and G333 headset, none of which are cheap products. Despite having a powerful and new computer (Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia RTX 3060, Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM), the Logitech G Hub software is failing to work properly.
For example, something as simple as changing my mouse DPI often doesn’t work, even though the program is running. My headset also malfunctions—sometimes the volume lowers on its own, or it switches modes randomly. The power button is unreliable; sometimes the sound comes only from one side, and I have to repeatedly turn it on and off to fix it. As for the keyboard, the volume control keys are inconsistent, only working sometimes. Although the other keys function properly, which I appreciate, the overall experience with Logitech’s hardware and software has been extremely disappointing.
It’s frustrating that these products, which are fully updated, still cause such problems. I expected more from Logitech, especially at these price points. Please address these issues.
