LiveScore has been helping me to monitor football events, but the continual barrage of alerts is intolerable. Since I only want updates on particular matches I follow, I disabled alerts for every function I could come across. I still get alerts about arbitrary games, promotions, and pointless updates though. I even got in touch with their support crew, who first appeared to be helpful and walked me through silencing alerts, but it hasn't worked. Worse so, these push alerts seem to completely override my choices. Mostly for work, I use my phone; the only notifications I keep turned on are for corporate apps like WhatsApp. It is quite distracting and frustrating to have LiveScore blitz me with alerts I do not want.
