LiveScore Stopped My Premier League Bet With an Error and Gave No Resolution

For months, I have been keeping current on events using LiveScore and using its sports betting tools. lately, I put £1,500 into my account and made many live football match wagers, mostly in the Premier League. Things were running fine until yesterday when I got a "External Service Error" alert during a pivotal point in a game. The mistake stopped everything just as I was ready to cash out on a wager that might have treble my stake. I signed out, cleaned my cache, even experimented with several devices, but the issue only lasted for that match. Other bets and games loaded great.
