Unauthorized Liven Charge on My Credit Card

On my İş Bankası credit card, there is a transaction that I did not make and that appears to be excessive. On 30 September 2026 at 20:08, a charge of a little over ₺2,000 appeared on my statement as “L_theliven.com”. I did not make such a transaction, nor did I use my card in that amount at that time. Since I did not carry out this spending, I consider this transaction to be an unauthorized or incorrect charge. I cannot take a screenshot from the bank application, but the transaction clearly appears in my statement with the information I have specified above. I request that this transaction be urgently examined, that the unauthorized/incorrect amount of over ₺2,000 be cancelled and refunded to my card, and that any interest or additional costs that may arise be removed. I also request information in writing about the result of the investigation and the measures to be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
