FitMe Yoga Fitness Made Unauthorized $32 Charges to My Card

Money has been regularly charged from my Yapı Kredi card without my knowledge or authorization for approximately two months. On August 16, 2026, I received an SMS stating that a $32 charge had been made to my World Business card ending in 4305 for a transaction listed as “FitMe. Yoga. Fitness.” I have never subscribed to this company or authorized any payment or charge.

These transactions appear on my card statement under the name Y**** C*****, and I have never given this person or company any authorization, signed consent, or verbal instruction to charge my card. A $32 charge has been made twice over the past two months, and neither transaction was authorized by me.

I request that Yapı Kredi cancel and fully refund all of these unauthorized transactions, immediately terminate any subscription or recurring payment arrangement associated with them, and review my card for security purposes and replace it if necessary. I also request that the bank conduct the necessary security investigation to prevent similar transactions from happening again and provide me with written confirmation or an SMS notification regarding the outcome.
