Requesting a Refund and Security Review After Unauthorized Helppay Charges
Two separate unauthorized transactions were made through Helppay from my İş Bankası debit card, without my knowledge or ...approval. I noticed two charges, each for $15, made on March 18th and March 22nd, totaling $30. I didn't make these payments, and I never gave approval for any Helppay transaction.
