LiveCareer Unauthorized Charge Refund Request

On July 5 at 5:36 PM, while checking my account activity, I noticed that LiveCareer had charged approximately 940 TL (about $19) to my card ending in 7487, which is linked to my Ziraat Bank account, without my knowledge or authorization. I never approved any purchase or subscription through LiveCareer, and I do not accept being charged this amount without my consent.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I reported the issue to both my bank and LiveCareer. Because my card information was used without my permission, I am requesting that this transaction be investigated immediately, that the unauthorized charge be refunded to me in full, and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized charges from occurring again.
