LinkedIn Hack Attack! Account Compromised, Language Changed, Now Locked Out!




On February 20, 2024, an attempt was made to access my LinkedIn account. I received a notification email regarding this incident. Upon logging in, I noticed that the language setting was changed to 'Chinese'. I promptly changed my language and password settings and activated two-factor authentication. However, on February 21, 2024, I was unable to log in to my LinkedIn account. I received the warning shown in the attached images. Subsequently, I completed the personal verification process. I am disappointed with LinkedIn's failure to provide adequate security and privacy measures. I request that my account be verified and restored for active use, and that my personal information be deleted
