LINE App Region Error Recovery Issue Unresolved

I tried installing the LINE app on my Xiaomi Note 13C by downloading the latest version from the Google Play Store. I live in Turkey and want to use the app through a standard mobile network. However, when I enter my phone number and select my country code, I receive a “region error.” I am not using a VPN or any foreign connection; I am entirely within Turkey.

My phone is officially purchased in Turkey, not an imported device. It has valid warranty and invoice information. I have not yet tried any other solutions or attempted registration on another device. I expect this issue in the LINE app to be fixed so that I can register and use my own phone number in Turkey without any problems.
