If LightInTheBox canceled your order but still charged your card, go to “My Orders,” choose the order in question, and open the Returns & Refunds ticket.
Then, ask for a full refund to your original payment method right away; their policy says that refunds go back to the original account or to LightInTheBox credit.
Mention that the order was cancelled by them (not by you) and request expedited processing, referencing their FAQ that you can check refund progress with customer service.
