LG Is Charging Me for a TV Installation I Never Received
Before getting married, we purchased an LG TV from Teknosa. I contacted LG Turkey and learned that I could get installation later. After that, without my request, an authorized service technician came, checked the TV to see if there was an issue, and then put it back in its box, without performing the installation. When we wanted to get the installation done 2-3 months later, the technicians who came said that I had already received the installation service. When I told them I hadn’t, they said that the TV had been checked earlier, but no installation was performed. They then completed the installation and left. However, two weeks after the installation, the authorized service (MTV Elektronik) called and said that the service I had received was chargeable. They claimed that I had previously had installation on a stand, but this never happened. If I had known that it was chargeable, I would have plugged the TV in myself and wouldn’t have needed the authorized service. I would like my issue to be resolved.
