LG Ceiling Fan Was Installed Wrong, No Compensation Yet

The LG ceiling fan was the only negative experience we had with the company, which was otherwise positive. A series of frustrating challenges disrupted what was supposed to be a straightforward process. It seems that the problems arise from their domestic service infrastructure. The issue lies in the fact that their service staff lacks proper training in assembling the items they sell.disappointed that their service doesn't match the quality of their products. Comprehensive training and stronger control systems are urgently needed to ensure that service workers can successfully install and assemble the items they are assigned. a reputable company like LG would let a decline in service quality happen. We are becoming less patient and believe that a solution is long overdue.
