LG 86QNED816RE Screen Failure – Free Repair Request

I own an LG 86QNED816RE television and since October 2025 I have been experiencing serious screen problems. I have been using LG televisions for many years and chose this model trusting the brand, so encountering such an issue has been very disappointing and makes me wonder if similar problems exist in other LG products as well. The image on the screen shows color distortions and vertical lines, and according to the information given to me, the problem is thought to be related to the T‑con board or the panel. This problem makes the television almost unusable in daily use. The issue started suddenly and there has been no impact, drop, or any misuse from my side. I contacted authorized service and three days ago they examined the TV. I was informed that if the problem is from the T‑con board, the repair cost would be 29,000 TL, and if it is not the T‑con board and the entire panel must be replaced, the cost would be 72,000 TL. These repair amounts are almost at the level of buying a new TV, which I find extremely unreasonable for a product of this age and segment, and I believe LG should definitely support me in this situation. In this situation, I request that my TV be repaired free of charge without any cost to me. I ask for your support so that this panel/T‑con problem is resolved under suitable conditions and that I am not victimized by such an expensive repair.
