LG 42LA620S TV Base Cracked Unexpectedly

I have been using my LG TV, model 42LA620S, for many years without any problems. However, yesterday the base of the TV suddenly cracked for no apparent reason and the TV fell over. There was no impact or misuse that could explain this situation, and it was very disturbing and dangerous that the TV could fall like this on its own. Since the incident has just happened, I have not yet contacted any technical service or LG support. I am sharing this situation because I think such a failure in the base of the TV is not normal and poses a serious risk for users. I request that my LG 42LA620S TV be repaired free of charge due to this unexpected problem in the base, and that the necessary checks be carried out so that a similar situation does not occur again.
