LG QNED TV Developed Screen Lines Just After Warranty Expired



I own an LG 55QNED816RE TV in Istanbul. Four months ago, horizontal lines started to appear on the screen. Unfortunately, the warranty had just expired four months earlier, so the problem occurred almost immediately after the warranty period ended. I contacted LG and an authorized service team came to my home yesterday to check the TV. After their inspection, they informed me that the screen needs to be replaced and gave me a repair cost of ₺35,000, which I find extremely high for a TV that started having such a serious problem shortly after the warranty expired. I am very disappointed that a product of this level developed a screen fault so soon after the end of the warranty. I request that LG review this situation and offer a fair solution, such as a free or significantly discounted repair, or a replacement TV, as a gesture of goodwill and in line with consumer rights. I kindly ask for this issue to be urgently evaluated and resolved so that I can continue to use my TV without this defect.
