Issues with LG TV 50UK6470PLC LED, Colors Gone

Hey, my TV is an LG brand. The model is 50UK6470PLC and it came out in 2019. There's a problem with the LED lights, and the colors aren't showing up anymore. We see everything in blue. I'm not surprised this happened so fast. I mean, it's LG, what did you expect? But I called the service, found out the cost of repair, and nobody told me, "Your TV is too new for this." They said we couldn't place an order without paying, so I sent the money. They said the TV will be fixed by Thursday, or if things go really bad, by Friday. They said, "You gotta bring it yourself" 'cause they don't come get it. They took the money again, but now nobody calls or asks about it. When I call, they tell me, "The TV hasn't arrived yet." Didn't they already know this when they got the money? I also have a complaint about LG's service. LG doesn't give me good customer service after I make a purchase.
